With mobile applications from BeBe Good morning you can exercise every morning following the training videos by a professional instructor and thus starting your body for the new day. The program includes a simple cardio workouts (lasting 1, 2 or 4 minutes). You can choose your exercise plan and a coach who will lead you. You can set the plan yourself or use the advice from the coach Radka or Oliver. Radka offers a lighter workout with less stress and Oliver will show more complex exercises with higher loads.
The applications will motivate you to regularly exercise and build up the habit.
